1. Take your favorite combination of nuts. Today it is: pumpkin seeds, toasted soy nuts, sunflower seeds, cranberries, dates, and raisins.
3. So mixed together, it should look like this.
4. Mill into powder with 600-watt motor. Takes less than 30 seconds.
5. Pour powder mix into mug. Add in 1 gram of Rou Gui (cinnamon bark) powder, if you need a warm me up.
6. Pour in hot or boiling water and stir with spoon.
Enjoy. So delicious!
This takes me a few minutes to make, if it weren't for the picture taking. lol. It's a nutritious and delicious breakfast. The best part is that you feel so good after drinking this and the nuts have a filling effect on the stomach. No need for a high calorie breakfast.
