Custom Creations: Morning Cappucino

Good Morning.  Here's my version of the morning cappucino.

This is a new creation of mine.  In fact, I thought of it last night. lol

1. Take your favorite combination of nuts.  Today it is: pumpkin seeds, toasted soy nuts, sunflower seeds, cranberries, dates, and raisins.

2. Add in more dried chopped dates for sweetness.

3. So mixed together, it should look like this.

4. Mill into powder with 600-watt motor. Takes less than 30 seconds.

5. Pour powder mix into mug.  Add in 1 gram of Rou Gui (cinnamon bark) powder, if you need a warm me up.

6. Pour in hot or boiling water and stir with spoon.

Enjoy.  So delicious!

This takes me a few minutes to make, if it weren't for the picture taking. lol.  It's a nutritious and delicious breakfast.  The best part is that you feel so good after drinking this and the nuts have a filling effect on the stomach.  No need for a high calorie breakfast.
